Precautions for Paddlers

Each paddler rafts at their own risk!

Timetable

Considering the stricter conditions for the section Soumarský Most – Pěkná, it is recommended to adhere to the timetable (these conditions for departure apply for the water level of 50–61 cm as well as above 61 cm).

  • Paddler groups without a guide (if the water level is at 50–61 cm) must keep to the given time of departure and it is recommended to keep to the timetable for arrival at the rest stations as well in order to prevent merging of the groups;
  • Timely arrival and possession of a registration sticker;
  • The overall duration of rafting this section is 4 hours maximum.

Example: 8 am departure
1. 8:00 am – departure from Soumarský Most, beginning of the section with compulsory registration
2. by 9:30 am – arrival at Dobrá/railway bridge, rest station
3. by 10:40 am – arrival at Chlum, rest station
4. by 11:10 am – arrival at the Teplá Vltava and Studená Vltava confluence, rest station
5. by 12 noon – end of rafting at Pěkná, end of the section with compulsory registration, paddlers may continue to Nová Pec
