    1. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given hereby to the Controller within the meaning of Art. 6\/1\/a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive\u00a095\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the \u201cRegulation\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

      1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        3.1.\u00a0Your personal data are processed by us for the purpose of sending commercial communications and for other marketing activities by the Controller in relation to you.<\/p>\r\n

        3.2. No automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation is performed by the Controller.<\/p>\r\n

        1. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          4.1. Your personal data will be stored by the Controller for the period of 1 (one) year from your registration or purchase, but at the latest until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).<\/p>\r\n

          1. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

            5.1. Your personal data will not be made available to any other recipients.<\/p>\r\n

            5.2. The Controller does not intend to hand over your personal data to any third country (non-EU country) or international organisation.<\/p>\r\n

            1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

              6.1. Under the conditions specified in the Regulation, you have the right to require access to your personal data; the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data; the right to require the restriction of processing of your personal data; the right to object to the processing of your personal data; and the right to data portability.<\/p>\r\n

              6.2. You have the right to withdraw, at any time, your consent regarding the processing of your personal data, previously given to the Controller. This, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before the withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by sending an e-mail to: isstozec@npsumava.cz.<\/p>\r\n

              6.3. If you think the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the Regulation, you have the right, for instance, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.<\/p>\r\n

              6.4. You have no obligation to provide your personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor it is a requirement that is necessary to conclude the contract.<\/p>\r\n

              6.5. You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data will not be processed for these purposes anymore.<\/p>\r\n
